Arts with a Heart 2019, “ConfiDANCE: Just Be You” is a positive, uplifting and thought-provoking show that addresses the lack of confidence in today’s society through the medium of dance. Proceeds from the show benefit TheBodyPositive, a non-profit located in Berkeley California. Promoting self-confidence and self-love among individuals, TheBodyPositive’s mission is to support others in becoming “free to live balanced, joyful, and purposeful lives, and surmount the major obstacles to achieving their academic goals and healthy relationships.”​
